Really? Life is not as simple as that. Most important is one has to exercise independent judgement. Being foreign educated is not a golden passport to success. Twn has tons of foreign educated graduates in civil service. Why havent they fixed their economy ? Solved their country' housing issues? Crimes rates? Improve Corruption index?
