as an ordinary citizen of delhi i have not seen any congress rally, flag or a poster in north west delhi. the BJP candidate is active and doing campaigning but AAP and congress candidate is missing from ground. i think this BJP losing is an online buzz because his challengers are invisible on ground. talking about anti-incumbency then it will also work against opposition like my home town is in west bengal and the atmosphere is anti mamta there.
