He’d stay outside playing int he snow all day if i let him . 😂 Headed up north riding tomorrow morning. 😉 Hopefully get my first snowmobile video for this season. Take Care buddy and stay tuned. Got my 2025r including a 54" snow blower this summer. Here in NH we had our first significant snow last Friday (about 6") . It doesn't throw the snow as far as my walk behind Simplicity but the JD does move a lot of snow fast. So far happy with the results. Now we need a 20 incher to give it a real test. Enjoying your videos, keep them coming. :)
Hey Randy, Thanks for stopping by the channel and your interest. The 2025R is a really nice tractor.👍🏼 This is our first snowfall I had to use the snowblower. Great to be back on it.. I know.. Years ago it was nothing to get 2-3ft of snow from lake effect.. Now I’m lucky if I get as much as we got the then day.. I’m with you.. C’mon 20” snowstorm 😂 Take Care and Think Snow ❄️
From Upstate NY and that is exactly how my dog and I clear the snow! :-) He gets too close to the auger and I have to put him inside, but I do let him have a few minutes of fun. LOL Fun video.
Hey Goforce, Thanks for stopping by the channel. LOL yes… it’s funny how these dogs love snow.. He’s been doing that since he was a puppy. Take Care 🤙🏼 and think snow❄️
Nice video, Riley is great entertainment. That snow must have been wet and a bit heavy. With the enclosed chain drive now on my 47 with my 2320 the snow blows about 20 to 30 feet. It works great and the blower runs so much quieter. I am glad to see you got to use the blower with the new enclosed chain case installed. I have used mine several times now and the last one was 4 hours of blowing and snow depth just over the blower height near the end with blown snow built up.
Hey Kurt, Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video. 👍🏼 Yes the snowblower seems to be working great and I love how quiet it is. Now I can hear the hydrostatic instead of the blower chain. 😁 Yes.. I finally got enough snow to try it out and I’m loving it. You’ve used yours several times already? I’m jealous. 😂 You’re getting to play on your tractor more than I am.. Take Care buddy.. Think Snow❄️
I can't get enough snowblower videos!! Thanks for filming and posting! I just did the enclosed chain drive upgrade you explained so well. I urge you to do the impeller kit upgrade, explained on my channel. Just closing the gap between the impeller blades and housing with mud flap material. I can see the huge improvement in throwing power it will provide for you!! Do it, do it, do it... the crowd chants!! Haha!
Hey Will, I went over and checked out your rubber flap fan blade install. Very interesting.. I’ll have to look into that.. I subscribed to your channel.. Take Care 👍🏼
Watched your video on installing the parallel shaft gear box and I am trying to install it but am having a difficult time getting the box to go on the impeller shaft it seems the shaft is a bit to big and I tried it without the key still no go. Any suggestions?
Hey Wilmot, Thanks for stopping by the channel. Do you happen to have a dial caliper to measure the OD of the impeller shaft and the ID of the gear drive box where the shaft goes in. I'm curious to know what the tolerance difference is between the two? If it's just a couple thousandth you can use some emery cloth to polish the shaft and it should slide on after that.
Good to see you out there friend. Glad to see you and Riley are in good health. Have you thought about a chute control mod for your snowblower. Also, does your snowblower shit off when backing up? Mine does. Sensor is connected.
Hey Charles, Welcome back buddy.. Good to see you as well. Riley and I have been doing well. I have the chute control in a box in the garage. I just haven’t installed it yet. 😁 No, the snowblower doesn’t shut off when I’m backing up. I have that plug plugged in and everything is working good. 👍🏼 Hmmmm🤔 Something must be going on with your sensor ? Take Care my friend ❄️❄️
I own a Jd and have been hesitant to make the investment in their blower due to the lack of blower performance. Still works great with the 54” plow though
Hey Chris, Thanks for stopping by the channel. In the beginning of the video I was only running the engine alittle over idle until it started to warm up thats why its barely coming out of the chute. Plus there was about 3” of packed snow from the driveway being still warm and melting the lower layer of snow. I can hear the hydrostatic drive now more than the chain drive on the snowblower, that’s how quiet it is. If it was light fluffy snow I think it would blow just as far. I haven’t had any complaints with it so far.. It’s been great.. Take care 🤙🏼❄️❄️
Ole Riley could be burried in an avalanche & be happy🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, Silly dog. My pitbull rides on the floorboard of my 1025R. He loves his "tractor theropy" just as a love mine. lol

Did a great job...you can tell the snow was wet and heavy...was already melted on the road, and parts of your driveway...Was clogging up your impeller and auger too...I have the same problem with my 3pt 6ft JD 666...Doesn't throw far in those conditions...
