I love your intro! I’m glad that Steven is supportive and that you’re feeling better. If you ever need someone to talk to I’m always here. I know I’m a stranger but sometimes it’s easier to talk to people that you don’t know.
Out of ALL the testimonials I’ve watched yours is the most real to me. I start EMDR on 1-7-2020. I’m a teeny bit nervous because my support system isn’t close. But Thank you for sharing. It was encouraging.🙋🏽🤗❤️🤞🏽
I am so happy that I've seen this video. this is exactly the information I was looking for. thank you for being so brave to share ... you're helping fellow humans. 🙏
Have you ever tried lexapro before zoloft? I took lexapro and wellbutrin but they didn't help and now I'm trying zoloft but a little worried it won't work either
Zoloft was the WORSE thing that ever happened to me. I hope anyone seeing this fares better. Be very aware of how it is affecting you. Very strange things have resulted including suicidal actions. Don't assume it's a miracle pill for everyone. It definitely is not.
Hey Bree glad you feel better, love your videos. One question. Did you get intrusive thoughts and when you took zoloft for a while, and you thought of the trauma, did it not affect you mentally and did it not stick in your mind? Thank you, and happy new year
Hey my name is kal, i have just started emdr therapy today. like you i have been on zoloft for years and it does help sure :) but with that i still had pretty bad anxiety attacks and ocd moments. the last few months i went up a dose to 150 during pms time then went down again when my period ended. just today alone and after seeing this eposide i was thinking maybe i can stop zoloft considering i wont need to hide sometime in the future. i have a huge question... are you still on zoloft now? do you find you are in a better mood and your pms time not as terrible as it used to be. im super curious. thanks, loving your channel
henry lance yes I am! I’ve been on it for a little over 3 months now! I think my hormones were adjusting to the medication so I did have some ups and downs but I think that if after the first month you’re still feeling that way maybe you should tell your doctor because I think there are other options too 😊 I hope it starts getting better for you!!
I’m glad you asked this! So I did experience a little bit of fluctuation after about 2-3 weeks in with my weight. I was already working out pretty consistently & eating a well balanced diet before getting on it so I think as long as you make sure you’re staying consistent you shouldn’t see much weight gain (if any) - when i would fluctuate I think my body was just adapting to the medication but it soon leveled out! I hope this answers your question 🤍 I am no longer on Zoloft right now but it was a tremendous help
Thanks for the response! I started a few weeks ago. I am very active and mindful with my daily macros. However before getting on zoloft I gained 10lbs due to the depression. Since starting zoloft I have started again with my workout and food regime and hoping to lose the extra 10lbs I put on. I am hoping it wont be difficult. As normally when I am focused losing weight isnt an issue

All SSRIs are horrible for me, I've got CPTSD and they just make it worse
Question. Did you also think and WORRY about being in a dream and everything being fake?

Are you still on zoloft
Did you have any side effects?
I've been taking 150mg of zoloft for 5 months for anxiety and PTSD and can finally function almost normal most days with no side effects
Even with trigger? You are healed?
How are you today?
Helo are you taking sertraline until now
Did you experience derealization?
Heather Payne I have experienced it a few times. Especially while I am in my EMDR sessions
Are you still taking ZOLOFT?
I saw your answer when you replied to someone who asked you the same question. I'm happy for you
