Suples VIB Discipline - Rules & Expectations

Suples VIB (Very Important Bag) Discipline
This discipline is a TRUE TEST of STRENGTH and WILLPOWER. This is an individual competition that includes the Bulgarian Bag and is open to competitors ages 16+. Competitors are given ONCE CHANCE to complete as many Suples Spins as possible with their assigned Bag.
Categories:
Women compete with the 50lbs/22kg Bulgarian Bag
Men compete with the 84lbs/38kg Bulgarian Bag

•September 21st - Suples Bulgarian Bag Muscular Endurance (Original Discipline)
•September 22nd - Suples Ball, Path of Glory, and Bulgarian Bag Team Relay Discipline

This is awesome, was literally training up to use the big bag! Is there a way to do a video to show our reps of this as unfortunately I will be at Disney World during this date! I would love to do it in person but t he other half would not be pleased if I vanished mid holiday to spin the bag! Will this event travel overseas? I am in the UK fyi! Thanks guys, love the suples brand, have the 17, 21kg bags, plus speed dummy

Thank you for your comment! No, there isn’t a way to enter the competition virtually, however, yes, we do have some scheduled championship overseas. They include the original discipline(muscular endurance).

Last year we did have a competitors from the UK! Ritchie Januazek who competed in the Suples Extreme Category!

so, this is very cool. but we need weight categories in addition to gender categories. for instance, take two fit men, a 175lb man vs a 230lb man: who do you think will be able to handle the 84lb bag more easily and thus get more spins out of it? yes, of course the 230lb man. still, i like the idea.

Thank you. We do see your point and will continue to grow the Suples Championships in order to offer more options for competitors in the future. This VIB Challenge will be a test of technique, grip strength, and conditioning. We have seen lighter athletes beat heavier athletes because their technique was superior.
