what would they have done if apex spotted no one short and thus 2-3 CTs are probably towards A long? would they still go out or turn around and split B?
@@nartouthere as an IGL in a faceit7 team I'd call the A long guys back to either take A via short only or to take B. Preferring B since CTs didn't challenge Tunnels early, so with full speed it should be a 5v2 B Split from Tunnels and Mid.
@@The_savvy_Lynx well, I think that would not work. First of all you need one of the long guys to stay so he can catch an early flanker, especially if you keep in mind that they might have long control and push due to the mid to b smoke and mid presence while no long presence at all. Still though the other 2 guys waiting long would need to shift back to not make any noise. And what now? Do they go towards Tunnels from T Spawn because we have no info about that, enemies could be pushed up. Going mid there is also a chance they have short, as we didnt contest it. Also the mid to b Smoke is soon to fade and at that time they might even be aware of the CT Lurk and are trying to fight him. The whole gameplan of this strat relies on the CTs beeing under spressure of an early B wrap from mid. If the CTs had taken long control loudly, they would most likely have still 2-3 players long and maximum one player towards short/site/ct, so our protocols would look something like this (keep in mind its new dust2 too): 1.a If Tunnels player makes Contact Under with several people, has contact Under and dies, or has Short Contact -> Long players push out 1.b If Tunnels player makes Contact Under and gets the frag -> Proceed with Mid Take and play the CT Lurk - Long players should go out, as the Lurker has contact towards A/CT 2. If no pressence tunns, nor short, nor long, nor mid -> let him play his CT Lurk and react accordingly - Long players should go out, as the Lurker has contact towards A/CT 3.a Lurker gets into Mid w/o contact under or short but has contact Mid towards B and gets the frag -> Freeze (this will force a move out of the CTs who have 4v5 and nothing to compromise it at all, probably expect a fast Bgo and might bring A players into going out of position or pushing 3.b Lurker gets into Mid w/o contact under or short but has contact Mid towards B and dies -> Long players push out, Short player rushes up short. Just pray they played heavy B and click heads
