I am seeing more need to increase my independence of just feeling confident just to go to the store. I'm feeling more vulnerable just having some milk or cereal taken from me. Is stealing two maybe four days of food from me, add a couple of pieces of fruit. I go hungry. I'm now 73. My mobility is becoming compromised. Watching you makes me want to attend some learning skills classes in my area. It's just that there are none.

I agree that movement is critical. I have practiced Combat Tai Chi for about 30 years. It is based on movement and speed, despite the fact that it is initially practiced slowly. Very good. Thank you very much.

Excellent work Sir. The methodologies and philosophies you show are very similar to Filipino style martial arts. Nevertheless I really respect and thank you for sharing. May I ask what is the art form your work is based on its very good.

Thank you for commenitng and your kind feedback Zazziemo! - It surprsies many to learn Joe Robaina has no formal FMA training and ACSD is not based on FMA. He has much admiration and respect for his FMA friends, some who are world class and well known including several who have passed. He considers it a privilege to have presented alongside with them and has been quoted as saying at events, "FMA practtioners are the most talented and fun to be around". - That said, ACSD comes mostly from observation and testing. He often points out combative principles are universal and finds it facsinating how these principles overlap in different arts. ACSD is one of the 3 original main line American Cane arts. Thanks again for your interest-Stay Safe Sir!

You are discouraging a lot of people. I achieved a high level of competency in Chinese Kempo. But that was then. I'm now old. I carry a cane because I can't walk without it. No amount of training will make me into a 30 year old stud again. I need to know how to stop aggression. Fast. And as long as I live, I will not regain the ability to move even a quarter as fast as you. Because of medical conditions I can't just 'train past'. What say you? Help for people like me?

Thank you for your inquiry @rusticmusicnj3774! From your opening remarks, seems like you're new to ACSD-Welcome! ACSD is the world leader in Cane training individuals from ALL walks of life including those with physical limitations, those who have had strokes and can only use on side of their bodies, those who need two canes to ambulate, those who can't walk, those with degerative disorders like MS, cancer etc.... At 5:25 he begins addressing limitations: "where you are now without training - is not where you'll be 6 weeks later with a structured and progressive training program under professional supervision." - ACSD principles allow us to circumvent (work around) physical limitations and emphasize what you CAN do which is generally much more than you're aware of provided you're traning with the correct, time tested, in the trenches methods. Did you already call to lean exaclty how we do that? You can schedule a call by texting CCC to 305-745-7839 or call direct 800-289-8188. - ACSD Certified Coaches can deliver the training anywhere in the world from the comfort of wherever you live and know how to make the principles work for you because...criminals don't care about your limitations. Be encouraged knowing there is a proven WAY (read and watch the video testimonials) but you need to be proactive in seeking it. Stay Safe and Be Blessed!
