Players will want and need a break, those who qualify for the knockout rounds will likely miss pre-season tours at their clubs. Less preparation time will likely result in a slow start to the season. Transfers will likely occur after the euros which again means less preparation and integration time likely resulting in a slow start or transfers being difficult to complete.

I’m not sure, they’d have a whole two weeks to make themselves available for it
Arteta will likely give them 2 weeks off because they immediately joined their national team after the end of the season and they didn't went on holiday
My main concern for any of the Arsenal players is coming home. Injury free. Especially after seeing that red card tackle from Scotland's Porteous on Germany's Gündoğan. That could have been a leg breaker.
And if England can win it, that would be great.

Part of the reason why Arteta failed to get over the line in the previous two seasons is because of pressure from Arsenal fans. This season let’s not attack Arteta even if we don’t agree with his decisions. This is one secret that Mancity fans use, you won’t hear them attacking Pep verbally like the way we Arsenal fans do to Arteta(these guys trust that their team will not drop points in the last final games).
I don't think Poland will make 3rd
Seeing Poland play 3 times in the 1/8 round, makes me think they surely stand a chance in winning in one of the three. I know about the stamina factor, but you know, it's sport after all. With 3x the chances, I reckon they might win over Belgium xD
