If you are going to actually game on that computer instead of that buy a eternet cable and run it into your computer faster speeds and stable connection is the best thing you don't want to have a random ping spike cuz of the wifi and die because of it the worst way to die bcs it's not even your fault

how do you do it on iphone
it automatically connects, just stay on the personal hotspot on your iphone and connect it with the cable. your phone basically becomes the router and your pc will use it as an ethernet

You can use the hotspot & bluetooth, you don´t need no adaptor.

When I go into personal hotspot there is no USB tethering option
The location may be different depending on your device and system. There is a search icon in the settings try typing USB Tethering in the search 🔎 and you'll find it elsewhere. Hope that helps.
