Is there a way possible to access iPhone cellular data on a Windows laptop without personal hot spot service on the phone? My phone service charges more for hot spot service, but I have plenty of data. I have to buy a more expensive monthly plan to get hot spot service. I was wondering if there is a way around this some how either using a USB wire directly to the phone or Bluetooth. Even if the service is slower, might be good enough for FB, email & web browsing.
Might this be possible at all, or is the only option to have hot spot service?

If you are here because your laptop or computer doesn't show your iPhone hotspot under available network the issue is on your PC you need to reset the network. Press the start button then search for "Reset Network" then click on the result then click reset now. After 5min your computer will restart and your connection will be fixed. You will now see your phone under available network.
