I love this game but no matter how many tutorials I watch I don't understand the game. Why do I have to press enter million times to end my turn? I can't put production in order, I don't know what's coming next and why? I really need help.

Gotta hand it to you for winning but that was one ugly, ugly win. I was surprised your elephant / catapult "rush" worked as well as it did; I feel on harder difficulties the AI would be more reactive and deploy more spears to counter your elephants. Still despite winning you need to be better at managing your empire, your cities were in a near constant state of unhappiness and poor health. You would have likely been in a far better position to win by an actual victory science/diplomacy/culture if you'd focus more on making your cities productive rather than building willy-nilly. Just my two cents but hey you won so good job 😁
nah bro my last three Emperor/Immortal games have all featured Elepult; spears are still pretty terrible against elephants, it's a broken unit, and catapults / collateral blow them to smithereens anyway

Civ 4 is the best civilization ever made. Too bad you are not very good at it :( If you want to rush a war do it in the begining when you have the advantage of the agresive civ. Later on is much harder.
