@Rado Radukov Bin Laden's motivation was the continued presence of US troops on Saudi soil. He considered it an invasion. If we had kicked Sadam out of Kuwait and then left SA Bin Laden might not have formed AQ.

I am heavy metal and when I first heard Biggie it changed my whole perceptionon hip hop or rap but he made you feel his story and gone too soon Love you Big Poppa gone too soon 🤘💘💐
Big painted such a picture of growing up in New York in the 80s and I wish the planet could truly experience the feeling we all got when he dropped this. "Remember rappin Duke, da ha da ha, never thought hip hop would take it this far" That line says more than most will ever understand. RIP BIG 🙏
This was 1994,there was earlier attempt of blowing up the WTC Towers in '93 when 6 or 7 people died.Juicy was the name of a song done in the '70's by a group named Mtume
Timeless classic. Whenever I hear biggie music I still get goosebumps. His music so deep and important to Me. Whenever i hear this song it always reminds me that life will get better no matter where I am in life
The line “Time to get paid, blow up like the World Trade” from The Notorious B.I.G.'s song “Juicy” refers to the bombing of the World Trade Center on February 26, 1993 - AI response from google
Great job you two I love this channel. Understand this song was back in 1995 which is 5 years after the height of the crack epidemic in NYC. Late 80's crack epidemic destroyed the community. The song is called Juicy b/c its a sample and old school classic called Juicy fruit by Mtume
His life and life is juicy. This is a classic. I was in college when it came out. I had Biggie and 2 PAC’s music. I like 2 pac more though at that time.
The title to the song is reference to the beat...which comes from a cut called Juicy Fruit by the group Mtume. The world trade was hit twice. the first was a big ass bomb that blew a 200 foot hole in the subway below it.
Great reaction! Now please react to Notorious Thugs by The Notorious BIG feat Bone Thugs N Harmony. That song is one of my all time favorites and also my all time favorite verse by Notorious BIG. Classic song! And classic collab!
I'm in my forties and I remember when this song blew up! Gawd, nobody could touch it or him....Sadly he didn't make it to hear his legend grow....he's pretty much the goat of street corner rap. Forget Em (sorry shady but it's true) forget Pac (rest in peace) but growing up on the east coast it was N BIG all over!
Imagine what Biggie could have done in his life if he didn't get killed in his 20s. He was pretty much a kid and was so intelligent with lots of influence.
I was never a biggie fan but this was and still one of the best rap song I ever heard, every time it comes on the radio or I hear someone playing it I always stop and listen to it
It's unfortunate that people keep reviewing/reacting to Biggies commercial songs that he basically recorded for radio play. That was all puffy's idea. In reality, Biggie wasn't too enthusistic about "Juicy" being his introduction to the world but he trusted that Puffy was making the right decision. Biggie was hardcore. Songs like "Gimme the loot" or "warning" will really give you an idea on what biggie was about in the early days. But, of course, those were not meant to be played on the radio.
He's not actually talking about the world trade blowing up. He's talking about when the clock hits 9am and your in trading and in the pit it blows up and gets really crazy in there.
No, he was talking about the World Trade Centre bombing attempt that happened the year before this song was released, back in '93. 2001 was.not the first time the WTC was attacked.
We ate sardines, but it was more like a cultural snack that my dad would have us try. His family was from Louisiana, and he would have us try all types of creole foods.
Greatest rap song of all time, for me at least. Ps yes, there was another attack on the world trade center in the 90s. Much smaller in scale. Psps yes, the beat and chorus is from and older song
There used to be a saying in America “short sleeves to short sleeves in 2 generations”. Short sleeves meant poor. The parents made the money, they left it to their kids, and by the time those kids had grown kids, they’d lost it.
Did you tell Lex about when BIG said his mom “smiles every time my face is up in The Source” that is his real mom in the video looking at the magazine. And he also was holding his real daughter at the end of the video with his mom.
There was a bombing in 1993 under the world trade. My mother in law was there for 1993 and 2001. She survived both.
@Rado Radukov Do you remember who they were or what was their motive
@Rado Radukov It's crazy how many don't know WTC was hit twice.
@Rado Radukov I lived in Atlanta at the time, I remember watching it on TV, just didn't seem like real life but you knew it was real.

It's called Juicy because of the sample taken from an early 80,s jam called "Juicy Fruit" by the group "Mtume".
Teach it
I'm actually old enough to remember the original. that song wz the jam💫

This song by this artist blew him off the map. Not too many rappers have ever ascended to the status he hit in his short life.
biggies family won't ever go broke. Diddy was his best friend and gave his kids royalties from the songs forever.
No he didn’t, his mother owns his estate now, his daughter said in one of his interviews that puff never did anything for his kids.
