  • Sirheni Bushveld Camp id truly the jewel of the northern Kruger National Park. I never visit Kruger without staying at Sirheni and the reason:
It is situated in the shade of a tall Mopani forest, on the banks of the Mphongolo River, far from the hustle and bustle of the larger rest camps and in the peace and tranquility of the African bush. From Sirheni you have access to the renowned S56, Babalala Picnic site and the Boyela waterhole, as well as being only 32 km from Shingwedzi Rest Camp and 52 km from Punda Maria. One of the greatest attractions for us is, of course, the likelihood of seeing the exotic antelope species like Eland, Roan Antelope and Sable.
Enjoy this review of Sirheni Bushveld Cam and the Babalala Picnic Site.

Thank you friends, for this bonus video. It brings back memories from Sirheni, long long ago! I love the Sirheni-Babalala area. It has a nice feel to it, and very remote.
