Kerala style breakfast recipe, called as Vellayappam. It is prepared by using raw rice, coconut and coconut water. cooked rice or rice paste can be added to get a perfect texture. The batter needs to be fermented for 7-8 hours. The dish is cooked by using pan. The method of preparation is shown in the video.

It is more spongy and soft ,if we add fermented coconut water and rice while grinding ..

Food available in South Indian restaurants( with different linguistic affiliations ) does not taste good though in reality they use better quality un adulterated ingredients.
Now menu cards will show the volume of drinks not in liters or ounces but in SERU? HISTORY IS GOOD TO REMEMBER BUT LIVING ON HISTORIC LINES IS NOT SO GOOD.
STANDARDISATION OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES BE REMOVING ALL HACKNEY STANDARDS AND LIMITED TO JUST ONE COULD BE DONE BY INDIA CURRENTLY 1.4 BILLION PEOPLE BUT WITH HUGE PERCENTAGE OF OLD ILLITERATES.
EVERY TALUK HAD ONE MEASURE OR OTHER.
1957 TO 2022 WAS A LONG JOURNEY , DONT ENCOURAGE A RETURN TO 1950S.
