the process by which water on the earth evaporates, then condenses in the atmosphere, and then returns to earth in the form of precipitation.
Rain and snow are forms of precipitation and are part of the water cycle.

A metalloid is not a metal, first off, nor is flourine a metalloid. It is a non-metal. So maybe you want to check that again. On top of that, it is still not a heavy element in the slightest. It is one of the lighter elements. And, again, the effects of flourine in the amounts we are discussing are not scientifically proven in the least.

I think natural selection will have the last word.
I recommend for you Rallycart and for people like you to drink plenty of tap water :)
I heard people need around 3 liters per day, but why stop there? do 4 being generous to your body and teeth too! you will get nice strong teeth by drinking water with Fluoride!
I personally like bad teeth... its just me so I personally won't drink anything but purified water, crazy me.

I am a scientist and I can tell you have no scientific education, no offense, but when you think of heavy metals you probably are thinking about how much would it weight if you lifted the metal... But the term "heavy metal" is not based on weight but on how toxic it is.
Fluorine is a pesticide because its a neuron-toxin and whether you drink a little bit of it or a lot, it is always harmful although you might not notice the damage if is slow and just a bit at a time.
    Have a nice day.

You are right about the IQ part.
Personally I think it could simply be that people who live in societies where they can afford education also can afford access to many forms of entertainment.
People that simply do hard labor and can't even afford a TV can still enjoy sex, and that is pretty much all they have to enjoy... But that is just my opinion. The introduction of free condoms by the Gates foundation has proven to lower child birth in rural areas.

Having lower sperm count, pain in joints and a lower IQ would reduce your chances of reproduction yes or no?

And, to compound that problem even further, there is no genetic factor in who would be more likely to consume fluoride. So, again, it would not be something that would affect overall birthrates. Lower sperm count? Depends on how low we are talking about, I assume. One thing is for damn sure, though, and that is that people that consume fluoridated water are making kids JUST fine. Lets say it sterilizes you by the age of 40. Nearly all of the population is finished reproducing by then. No effect.

I think that you need to take a second look at the periodic table, and see that fluorine is neither a metal, nor a heavy element. The rest of what you mentioned is neither proven, nor scientifically accepted.

To anyone reading this. Source of material that Rallycart its in denial of:
    WIKIPEDIA (dot) org /wiki/Heavy_metal_(chemistry)
    DICTIONARY (dot) reference (dot) com/browse/heavy+metal
    PRINCETON (dot) edu/~achaney/tmve/wiki100k/docs/Heavy_metal_(chemistry) (dot) html
It is sad when people simply can't handle the truth and blinker out information.
