Old School Pioneer Motorized Faceplate Repair

Repairing a Pioneer motorized head unit. It was not completely successful but it is now fully functional. There must be a piece that gives in to the force applied by the motor and causes the chatter. I will probaby disassemble it again.

Just an FYI @RadiOG, you canbuy the wheels new. But itwas a huge pain getting those wheels out.
For the life of me I could not remove the motor the way you did, I had to completely dissasemble the circlips and faceplate to gain access.
You could probably do it.
CNV7753 for white gear
CNV7754 for black gear but verify both
I messed up and bent the arms so after replacing I dont think itll work.. Ill report if it does

Hola, tengo un radio cd pioneer y no entre corriente por cable amarillo, saque la placa electronica y en el pin de entrada de 12v hay corriente solo en un lado del fusible, es posible que este roto? Abría que sustituir?
