This place has a huge potential but the interior designer messed up everything. It’s probably not done by an interior designer…On top of it, an island kitchen would have been superb. The view from the balcony is definitely the only selling point, superb beautiful! For the rest, the appartment is missing finesse, from the chandelier to the kitchen sink…il manque de la vie et de la finesse.
They have definitely improved on a lot of things in the phase two units.

Hey.... No they don't come furnished unfortunately.
But they come fitted with kitchen appliances that's the stove , the hood and the oven .
Light fixtures are also thrown in for you...
So furniture is all you would have to buy 🤓
Beautiful unit except that the developer completely forgot about the kitchen then added it inside the living room as an afterthought. I hope they'll consider the kitchen in the next phase.

If that view is facing west then you're going to get direct sun light into the living room and verandah with all that glass it will hot. For me not a good idea. Apt facing the sun 🤔

You are saying its a beautiful apartment and it has no Kitchen .Dont call THAT A kitchen-its a sink in the living room with no walls.What happens if you keep cooking Omena or fish and people are watching a Movie? all the smell and vapours? CMON NOW
It's called an open plan kitchen dear..
That thing on top of the cooker is exactly for that purpose .. to ensure the smells from cooking food are not spreading all over the house.
@@nairobiluxuryhomes I prefer a kitchen with walls.Thats why I have a kitchen with 4 walls and cupboards on all those 4 walls.Developers are taking short cuts in the name of open kitchen and tricking you people as style.They save more by not using stone to make a REAL kitchen not some corner space with a sink in the living room
I also prefer a closed kitchen but for whatever reason these are getting more popular by the day... A lot of people like this open plan living and I can understand why..the feeling of flow and open living where the whole family can be incorporated in all activities is not the worst you know.... But to each their own. 🤷🤷
@@nairobiluxuryhomes Yeah-They are getting more popular because developers have discovered a way to cut corners and save costs by using less stone and materials.The idea is then sold by advertizers as a good thing.its also a feature of tiny spaces -you will rarely see a mansion or a large expensive house with aN ''Open Kitchen''
