The sick part is the Grainery was already planned and happening so Bruce DiBiaggo and Clay Davis played Frank big time. The Grain Pier was a pipe dream and Frank was REALLY shooting for the moon with the canal dredging.

I have to say that krawchek is the biggest villain of the whole show. Hes the head of the puzzle palace. He wants the docks gone so he can build rich people condos. He takes drug money to help finance those condos. He works with the dirtiest of politicians. Etc etc.

I feel Frank doesn’t get calls out enough on the stupidity of donating that window. It was a kind gesture, but that’s the kind of thing that draws attention, and even though Valceck’s reasoning was petty and self interested, he was right that there was something to be investigated. That doesn’t happen without the window.

Andy Kraw is arguably one of the biggest villains in the show. Fucked Stringer Bell out of his money, helped bury the Union guys and Frank with his hard push for condos on the Grainery and definitely pocketed some of that 54 million in school money when Carcetti was asking where it went.

He put the major crimes unit back in business to put a charge on Sobotka, but they ended up busting a brothel, figuring out what happened to the dead girls in the can, and they nearly caught The Greek. Some of the right things happened, even if for the wrong reasons.

think he wants valchek to realise frank sabotka has a lot of dirt and start an investigation against him so that the IBS collapses and he gets to build his housing but doesnt seem too fond of valchek as a person but as a means to a end.

Starts off with two boats and a distorted view of their reflections taking up the whole mirror the boats lie on. Could be a reach but if you're looking for meaning could be that these guys are about to completely change the future of the Baltimore Port and all the people that work there with the conversation they're about to have that leads them to the dock investigation.

Omar would've been completely justified in executing Krawcyzk. He was every bit as much in the game as Stringer only he didn't "get his hands dirty" the way Stringer and especially Avon did.
