I love the way they call each other"stoopid" in intense scenes like this where the word "stoopid" takes the place of honey or babe. It's their pet word for I love you.
I prefer Gideon calling Jude stupid then Jude calling Gideon

I do not know how they do it! Zero makes Jude the loveliest, sweetest love declaration and at no point, does it become cheesy or cringe worthy. They might be two gay men but I love the way they remain effortlessly masculine and dignified. Everything is said through the way they interact and look at each other. They have managed to avoid all the clichés and the trappings. Just remarkable!
Zero is bisexual tho

@@otsoko66 I don't think the implication was that gay men aren't masculine, but rather, it is nice to see a gay relationship depicted where both men are affectionate and open about their feelings and still exude their masculinity; as opposed to the stereotypical overly flamboyant, sassy and effeminate gay man an or couple.

Adam and Brent have the best smiles and just an effortless chemistry with each other. And their pet name of "stupid" keeps it light. I adore them, and miss them terribly in the new season.
I have a fatal weakness for smiles and Zero's is a killer, plus dimples. This scene is so moving especially for those of us who had terrible childhoods and long for family, something both Zero and Jude need.
These characters remind me that love heals.

This may be my all-time favourite scene of them together. The amount of love in their eyes and in their smiles speaks volumes to how much they care for each other. Brent and Adam are truly incredible actors and have wonderful chemistry. #Zude

100% agree. The writing they did in season 4 about what happened between them was so out of character for them. Especially when Noah made a comment to Jude about how adorable he was for acting in a certain way I think it was tense and he tried to brush it off. Then Noah comes back and says what no one's ever told you that before and Judes comment was not anyone that he's known in his life.

@@dancerkris95 right?? Like would it have been so hard to write that Zero was off doing something else, but that they were engaged? Then it gives knowledge that Zude lives on and then Jude can have more character development outside of some off-the-cuff romance.

This couple....THE BEST! I too love the scene when they are going over the blueprints and Jude says "and this is the baby's room. Zero responds "What...the what"...Jude "just seeing if you were paying attention"......I LOVE ZUDE. Heard they are moving to BET.....PLEASE don't mess with this couple. After all my years I finally am able to see male to male relationships in a loving way-not like when I was growing up. (here come the tears!)

I understand the circumstances that Adam didn’t return for season 4 but it bothers me that they decided to go with the story that Zero declined Jude’s proposal especially after watching scenes like this. I don’t see how they decide that Zero would say no to a marriage proposal after having a scene like this and the one at Derek’s wedding. It just seems so out of character. I think they could have thought of something more creative and logical than that
That was an awful idea and they really did a number on Zero and Asha and it led to the demise of the show. I'm still trying to understand why they just didn't say Zero left the team as a free agent and that would've provided enough time to lock down a 5th season and by then they most likely would've been able to strike a deal.
