Probably a 7 or 8, looks cooler than Galarian Rapidash. I'm just a bit confused with how to play the pokémon, it seems a bit weird. Are you breaking shields? AOE damage? And the damage seems a bit low maybe?

Smackdown/Thief is the ambush moveset. You shoot a rock and stun them and then dash in with thief that lets you move faster cause they’re stunned, smack multiple Pokemon to steal their defenses and then brawl.
i don't think you steal multiple Pokemons defenses i think it will be only one

We need Blacksmith/Mechanic themed holowear for tinkaton. It is one of the few female character with that concept
They should have made the Unite move more unique and fitting to that theme, but unique seems foreign to this game's dev most of the time.
I was lowkey hoping for her to be a defender but regardless of role i am LOVING the new girlypop additions to unite
any role outside of defender means nothing, hope they keep introducing unexpected ‘mons
Since this is the first pokemon to come after being a non playable I'm hoping frostmoth (don't remember the name) comes back as a attacker or supporter
Some fun facts:
Tinkaton is faster than the same base movement speed as most speedsters save for darkrai and dodrio (according to stats data leak from elchico).
Tinkaton would technically be the fifth "sniper" character with smack down+, being able to hit most attackers beyond their move attack ranges. If you want to know the other 4, Decidueye, Inteleon, Mew (solarbeam), Venusaur. It would definitely be the allrounder with the largest range. Be prepared to get your rays stolen.

Vespiquen could be a really good defender with her signature moves. She would ether defense or heal herself to resist/take more attacks. Then attack orders to attack and stun.

As someone who enjoys meele pokemon. I think i know my new favorite mon.
So I was thinking about those stacks on tinkaton. I Rmr somewhere in the passive description that Tinkaton gains AD when she hits with boosted autos or abilities. Seems that cap is at 60 which would be the equivalent of fully stacked attack weight (minus the flat 18 AD it already gives)
NOW I KNOW WHAT I'LL BUY NEXT HELL YEAH.
Ya know, seeing all those new mons, I think we are long overdue for maybe a Role Rework. Like have a new Role called Debuffer, Saboteur or Jammer for all those Pokemon's that thrives on giving hindrances or stat reductions as both Tink and G.Rapidash have moves that reduce Atk, Sp Atk, Def, Sp Def or Speed while also thriving and getting more powerful when said reductions are in place.
Maybe that would help with the overabundance of all rounders we all hate and love.

2:51 Tinkaton moves just like a league of league character. Her ult reminds me galio ult. I love it already.
I forgot about Yrel from heroes of the storm, she was so fun to play. I miss that game.
You would think the ceo of Timi is Goldilocks by how much they like to make the “juuust right” all rounders 💀Just look at all their releases recently:
Darkrai-speedster: as tanky and slow as an all rounder
Armarouge-attacker: also as tanky as an all rounder with fire spin
Psyduck-supporter: does as much damage as all rounders
And now both Tinkaton and Rapidash 😭
Thief's movespeed bonus seems to be separate fomr the auto-attack buff so i'm really tending towards a Gigaton/Thief combo where you use Thief + X Speed, run up to a pokemon, hit him to drop its defenses then charge Gigaton hammer and watch as he cannot escape without a dash or eject button
Aweee I was hoping Crobat would be added. I love the idea of a kit that involves swarms of the same pokemon (bats, bees) to do damage.

Dash jumps flux zones like water bear but better and tinka has a move that's pretty much wicked blow lmao, 7s, reduced movement while charge, does big dmg stuns and unstoppable while charging, im assuming reduced dmg too

Little one So cute It is exactly like in the anime
It looks like tinkaton has really low hp, so it must have really high defence stats based on what we saw in the video. I'd assume it does badly against DoT pokemon like stealth-rock Crustle and power-swap psychic Mr Mime.
From what I've seen, THIS is how I feel Mainline Tinkaton should have been like.
Context: in Scarlet and Violet, Tinkaton is designed as if you could make a Physical attacker with some good special Bulk. However, it's highest Offensive Stat is Base 75 Physical attack, which isn't very high for Final Evolution standards. Main reason being that they did that to Compensate for Gigaton Hammer's Stupidly high 160 Base Power. And don't get me wrong, Gigaton Hammer is DUMMY Strong, but Tinkaton doesn't hit anywhere near as hard with moves that Aren't Gigaton Hammer.
I personally never liked the design Philosophy of holding back a Pokemon's stat that they could have used just because they have a Broken Signature move (Gigaton Hammer's only Drawback in Mainline is that you just can't use it twice in a row), especially in the Generation full of Powercreep.
Or giving a pokemon great stats but an AWFUL ability *cough cough regigigas cough*
That too. At least with Slaking and Archeops, it's understandable to give them Achilles Heal abilities since those are Legendary tier Stats on Non-Legendaries. But Regigigas doesn't have that Excuse due to being a Legendary itself. It just feels like Someone at Gamefreak hated having to make another Regi Golem after the first 3 and Made it Dogshit on purpose (And then they made Regeleki and Regidrago 4 generations later. R.I.P)
It feels like Ice Hammer and Smack Down pair better, Thief and Gigaton Hammer is gonna be sick

It was time for a character with a hammer, set 1 is the most fun, and about the last one, I honestly expected it to start spinning doing a lot of damage but I'm not complaining, that stun and damage looks pretty good

Roles at this point are more of a suggestion than anything else. Honestly just ignore them and look at the actual movesets themselves, because those have been very creative. Most movesets so far usually fit the Pokémon incredibly well thematically. It's more so about if the Pokémon is fun to play despite their themes.

Roles don't matter actually. Many of you complain about Mimikyu not being a speedster. However, it really doesn't matter if he is not one because you can still play him as one and have fun playing as mimikyu.
Tinkaton is a Defender and Galarian is a Speedster.

Held Item: Attack Weight, Muscle Band, Weakness Policy
Alt: Switch the Policy for Focus Band
Emblem Set: 6 Brown 6 White
Battle Item: Full Heal(for combo consistency) or Eject(obvious reasons)
Combat: Thief, Basic Attack, Gigaton Hammer, Basic attack until Thief CD is up.
Is there any way this moveset could work?

No, she makes her Hammer herself. Pokedex says that she hunts steels type pokemons mainly Corviknight & Bisharp, kills them & makes her hammer with their steel.
This weapon was far too large, to righfully be called a sword... It was larger, flickier and crulier then any normal blaade

Huh. Smackdown feels like one of those abilities you might see on a melee character in another moba provided the rest of their other two abilities can synergize off a long ranged attack.
Maybe I’m wrong but surprised it doesn’t knock up or apply some time of mark to encourage Tinkaton to run in against a struck opponent.
i assume it applies some sorta hindrance, which synergizes with thief, since she moves faster towards hindered enemies.
