I purchased this product from my local Walmart. I would most def buy this again as it was affordable and works great for natural hair.

I used this mask this morning. I started in the back section. A little section at a time from my dry ends working toward my scalp a little at a time. Also all of my edges got a little smoothing. Placed a plastic cap over my hair for about 10 minutes. Then rinsed it out. I had great results. Finger combed my hair in the style I wanted them scrunch. Let air dry without touching.

Hi there. Its a deep conditioner so you apply to wet hair.

How much you use depends on the density of your hair. And I've only used this product once since I have so many deep conditioners.

You use it afterwards. There should be instructions on both products though.

DopeArts depending on your hair type it could just weigh it down and make it difficult to style so washing it out is a must. For others, it could absorb right in like a leave in.

how do I know if I need protein or are protein sensitive?

If your hair is hard and breaks easily..You may be protein sensitive. If your hair HATES coconut oil..that could also be another sign.
