I dont how ur relationship is with ur parents but trust me when i say this that no matter what at the end of the day they love u like sometimes our ideas dont align as theirs and we end up arguing or not getting enough time to spend with them but they are keeping themselves busy for us for our better fiture right so i think keeping the anger aside and talking to them would help u get close to them again like u would be once for sure. I bet this. But also i agree there can be some parents wjo really dont care but thats when you would know everything completely and you wouldnt even bother urself to argue or ask anything or even complain to them. However since YOU ARE RIGHT NOW then its sinply u r overthinking about somwthings too much and creating distant between u guys so i suggest initiating the conversation in a calm and loving way can help both ends. Imagine they are also stressing over the same fact that they cant give enough time to u or anything right so try and understand their point of view and then ask them to aslo understand urs and i believe thats how you can be happy again with them and wont be feeling lonely or sad trust me sometimes keeping anger aside and resolve many big issues in seconds so give it a try and good luck.
