Driver makes dangerous overtake with on-coming car - Driving with a Dashcam

The driver of this Ford Ranger made a very dangerous overtake with an on-coming car. The driver didn't like that we had reduced our speed due to the roadwork signs and wanted to keep doing the 100km speed.
He overtook us while coming up to a crest, and sure enough, a car came over the crest.
Instead of slowing and pulling back in behind our car, he sped up heading straight toward the on-coming car, nearly causing a serious accident.
Absolute stupidity at it's finest.
