I was lucky enough to get 2 of each promo. They emailed me shortly after my sets shipped saying I would only get one. I received both and told them too bad I got 2 anyways. Also told them I will make sure to spend less on LEGO knowing that for future promos lol.

I received the short end of the stick on 1 of my 4 orders. I called Lego Customer Service and got the same song and dance that Jason received. I will be voting with my wallet and limiting my orders in the future. Such a dumb move on their part.
It's sad, but a lot of companies are falling victim to bad practices these days.And all these bad practices that these companies are engaging in is just hurting them in the long and the short run.

There was a time when you were able to use multiple codes in an online order. Not any more! We rarely place orders online now and prefer to go to the store where you seem to be treated more fairly.
That said, we have witnessed Sales Associates limiting GWPs to one per household too! But, we’ve also seen them relax the rules!
Funny incident last week at my local store when a couple attempted to purchase 20 of the Commander Cody Brickheadz. I do love it when they argue the toss with employees and try to justify their rationale… this couple got very shouty but still left with just five!
I think we must remember what a taxi driver in Billund told me. “LEGO do, what LEGO want!”
You should replace that picture with the new LEGO Mona Lisa… then the train could stay, as they would tie themselves together in the room.
That box is also used to ship a newly released set on release day (or within a day or two) if that is all that is ordered. Then GWPs will follow.
It's gotten to the point where I cannot get through a single video anymore without hearing SPACE from Alex... lol

I only ordered 1 online order but my local LEGO store lets us get 2 of each gift if we spend enough. So I recruited a friend 😂. Ended up with of each gift with purchase.

I am still waiting for a normal double point weekend. Im no star wars collecter or want any star wars sets for free..i am just waiting for a double weekend to buy the medieval village. The gwp is no matter as i would probably either sell it as part out, or if my kids like it, give it to my kids.

I think its a good decision of LEGO to limit GWPs to one/household. Gives more people a chance to get them. Its the masses that LEGO makes most money from, not a few BrickLink resellers.
The problem that you cant redeem more than one code/order is something that I can agree with. But that shouldn't be a problem for people that make several orders a month, more for the ones that only order sets occasionally.
1500 points for that. Methinks the coin is just to sucker people out of their points so Lego doesn't have to give free Lego.
Just to say I’ve had no problem redeeming points in store. And each time the sales associate wasn’t limited to the multiple of 800 points that you are online. If they can do in store why not online? UK based fan - keep up the good work!

Hey greetings from France, same situation here, I placed 4 orders and one was missing the gwp troop carrier, online support response was 3000 insiders points 😢
Jason knew before hand that there is a limit per account/household.
I could tell Charlie was so upset that they couldn't come up with words. The anger was palpable
In the past have the terms and conditions stated Limit One per Household? I know this years did at least. I'm pretty sure Charlie just wanted to go in the box. The logo on your shirt is the Star Wars Rebel symbol.
I ordered one order at “midnight” on 5/1. Got it on 5/2 with everything. Returned about 9/10 of that order due to the cart issues and glitches. Made another order on 5/1 later in the day. Just got that on 5/9. No issues. It has all the GWP and my 1500 point coin.
I dislike immensely the single code per purchase use for Insider points. So super annoying.
Also, since I’m ranting a bit, I also dislike not being able to cancel an order. Most orders I have found go almost directly to a status “In Warehouse”. Once there, you cannot cancel it. Your only recourse is to send it back, which you cannot do with part orders. I would be fine if all things shipped same day or next day but things can sit in that status forever and not ship. So annoying when you changed your mind or found it in store or whatever. Just let me cancel it up until it is literally in the UPS truck!
I placed 2 orders both had all GWPs in my cart when I checked through and placed the orders. When trying to place a 3rd order the website was crashing and I foolishly sent an email to customer service. They responded by removing my GWPs on one order that had already gone through. Not only did customer service not help me or address the reason I contacted them, they manually removed my GWPs. I responded with a link to those young fella's with a live stream of 16000 people placing multiple orders to get multiple GWPs and pointed out I now can watch new videos everyday for weeks of people unpacking multiple orders with multiple GWPs. The young guys troll me for pointing this out. I'm not happy with either Lego or the toxic resellers who obviously have no love for tipper trucks, lol. I'm a collector and lego is damn expensive, why did they single me out. Should be equal or not enforced at all, this random selection of certain people is infuriating when you are one of the few to have GWPs removed after paying. I wanted 2 troop carriers not 20 like the resellers who are receiving as many as they want. I'm glad you see how silly Lego is being with this and not being a jerk because you get yours and screw everyone else. Sorry for the rant, but if anyone on here understands it may be you. I had the Galaxy Explorer directions memorized in 1978 and have had a positive experience with Lego for most of my 50 years until this nonsense.

Anyone can make a coin. Whether or not it has any monetary value is another conversation. Shame that's the only thing you got from the video.😢
I don't have the patience to play 'lego games'
If it wasn't for the gwp's I would not have made 5 orders. I would have placed the first order and not bought the rest of the items. Lego will hang themselves if they start limiting the gwp's. I know I will save a fortune.
Most places do not offer free items when you order as an incentive. When you go to Walmart they don't offer free items as an incentive to buy and they should not have to. Target is another one and there are millions of more places that do not. Once in a while they do have deals and like a $10 gift card. Also, judging by people's collection no one is going to order less from Lego if they can't get free items ALL THE TIME whenever they order! No company in the world could afford to continuously give free items (especially 4 or 5 of the same promo to one person) all the time. If you are expecting that then don't spend your money with that company. They are better off without you. It won't hurt Lego that is for sure. There has to be a limit they just can't give the same person 4 or 5 of the same promo's when Lego knows that person is just taking advantage of their generosity. It is nice to get free items but it should not be expected all the time and not 4 or 5 things to one person who is only spending enough just to get the promo's on 4 or 5 dfferent orders. Every company has rules and limits and incentives only go so far. It's getting old hearng certain people rag on Lego because of their own greed.

in Australia when i go to the LEGO store because they’re master franchise not corporate they ask me do I want to redeem points at the register for $7.50 off my purchase. shop at home is corporate so I have to do it myself
I too am in Aus, at the register they don't ask me anything... Lego is a terrible company with a great product

Was able to get my order through about 3am on the first with a 4 hundred piece pick a brick order and everything arrived on the 3rd.
