This is where grad Erin Richelle ('24) comes in.
Erin began her Acadia journey studying chemistry but found her home in the nutrition and dietetics program. Years later, she co-developed a Food Chemistry course alongside Dr. Matt Lukeman using her knowledge and passion for chemistry and nutrition.
This work earned her the 3M National Student Fellowship, which recognizes students who embrace a vision of education that enhances academia.
