FILM DESCRIPTION:
In 1985, Russian boxer Ivan Drago killed former U.S. champion Apollo Creed in a tragic match that stunned the world. Against the wishes of trainer Rocky Balboa, Apollo's son Adonis Johnson accepts a challenge from Drago's son -- another dangerous fighter. Under guidance from Rocky, Adonis trains for the showdown of his life -- a date with destiny that soon becomes his obsession. Now, Johnson and Balboa must confront their shared legacy as the past comes back to haunt each man.

My wife and I went to go see Creed 2 on our very first date. Approximately six months later, I proposed to her. Less than six months later, we got married. Everytime I see this beautiful scene, it still gives me butterflies because God blessed me with a phenomenal woman. I’m deaf and this movie portrayed hearing loss perfectly; the funny side and the devastating side.

This is the first time I’ve seen hearing loss in a young person portrayed accurately (in my experience.)
I was diagnosed when I was 20. I was half way through Med school, so it was pretty devastating; but you learn to adapt. It makes things harder; but not impossible. On the bright side, I can sleep through my neighbours loud music!

I can definitely understand I have cerebral palsy and this movie portrays disability perfectly. They showed the good side and the side were things can get harder as time goes on.
This scene is my favorite in the whole franchise, Rocky films included. I love how it shows that Donnie, despite being a huge boss in the ring, stubborn, and fiercely loyal, is also a human being, and honestly a bit of a relatable dork sometimes. He's incredibly nervous, and bares his soul in his proposal.
Also, the heart and humor in this scene are just too good. I laugh and smile every time I watch it.
Can't wait for more of these two in the third film.

I really don't like that they cut off the part of the scene where she says yes and there's this visible wave of relief that washes over his expression and his hand is trembling a little as he's putting the ring on. It's literally the very next few seconds ugh... It makes it even more believable. I love this movie couple.

I love this scene! This proposal is unique to who they are. My husband and I saw this together in theaters. I love that man more than any words would help me explain. Everyone deserves to find their person. A person that understands them, knows their flaws and loves me no matter what.

On April 4th, 2014, I was at the Cinderella Royal Table for breakfast at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando Florida with my girlfriend who unaware I was going to propose to in front of my family and everyone at the restaurant. We were waiting for our breakfast and the server served us breakfast beverages and coffee. But I actually had that one time a cast iron jaw & tongue because I was so nervous, I downed a scalding hot coffee in one gulp. It seemed like forever once breakfast had ended until the server presented my girlfriend the "desert" for her. It was a glass slipper with the date and our names engraved. And then, I knelt down and presents the ring.
This is such a great scene it felt so real even though they were acting it felt real!!!!
