Smirk Stick bruh you could make a living off of just the wendigo with this game, it looks perfect and the sounds are awesome, I love how it looks at you and stuff, and the imitations, by far the best at actually making things look good and scary, not just some big teddy bear. Keep working on it, it shows amazing potential and I love the wendigo and there is little games on it. But dude fr it’s amazing

The Wendigo is a Mythological creature know to Mimic Human Voices perfectly. Once a Wendigo kills an Adult/child it takes the voice of its victim and can Use it perfectly. But Beworn, this is how they lure more victims. If a Relative goes out looking for there lost one love one, and The Wendigo killed that loved one. It can use that the voice of the love one they are looking for as a way to get there those who are looking for him/her. Those screams/cries you heard in the Game Fooster indeed are from the Wendigo. Those are the screams and cries of kids it haved killed. And more than likely it was able to mimic those scream in the moment it was killing those kids. Each scream was different, thus indicating it was different kids it has killed. But it can also do Adults as well. *Do Not For Get that* I would like to see another episode hopefully 🙂✌😎

@@SootherousNoise It doesn't necessarily need to kill that person. Hearing the person speak should be enough for the wendigo to mimic it. Although there are probably multiple versions of the wendigo in the folklore.

I think they disappear when you leave a certain area after a random amount of time. Because I saw another RUclipsr play this and he didn't leave the cabin barely at all and he returned to it multiple times. It still existed from the beginning of the video to the end of his video.
The sounds of the children screaming is supposed to be the wendigo's ability to mimic its last victim, though they can mimic the voices of people you know who are very much still alive. That's one of the ways they get ya!
You so gotta play more of this when it gets updated. Im really intrigued by this game and I love the whole idea behind it. Heres hoping they add more urban legends like Bigfoot,The Rake possibly aliens etc...

Alright, time to correct some lore I see wrong in the comments, I am of Native descent, specifically the north side, Canada, so, the Wendigo legend is part of my culture, and stories of Wendigo have been told in my family for generation after generation. I remember one time I was in the wilderness helping at a hunting and fishing resort with the rest of my family and my headlamp had died so I got to sit on the prow of a boat pulled ashore of some random lake in the middle of nowhere, also it was overcast and a moonless night. It was so dark I could not actually see the boat I was sitting on, my uncle had gone off into the bush to find my cousin and the two american hunters he was minding. So I'm just sitting there completely blind only able to feel the boat and hear the water and occasionally something else off in the distance and I thought to myself, "this is how horror movies start, they are going to come back to the boat and find it trashed and all they will find of me is a blood stain." and, "I wonder what the monster would be? I guess it would be a wendigo or something like that given where we are."
The game :- The beast kills anyone who enters the forest , numerous hunting parties have gone missing . Fooster and co :- Beat the sh*t out of the Wendigo . But at what cost .
Dunno about the gun being a .22, the tube mag length and capacity seem more like a 45-70. That’s a pretty standard big game round so that’d be my best guess. Round casings look about right too

The deer trophy is hilarious, and is one of the things that makes me forgive the non-realism of a realistic game (there are mythical creatures, but what proof says they aren't real).

@Marc Thornton Actually, lots of small lever action rifles are chambered in .357 and .44. Taco was commenting on how small it was; you wouldn't normally see "typical" lever gun rounds like .30-30 or .45-70 in one that small. In all honestly, the devs probably didn't think about it much at all

at 9:52 -9:53 you can see a figure just appear out of nowhere just up and to the right of Taco, its hard to pause at the right time so slowing the video down to 0.25 is really the only way to see it... spoopy
Not sure about the riflfe boing a .22 LR looks more to be a .40-70 or .357 lever (Considering its magazine size is 4 it would mostly likely be a Henry .40-70 lever action rifle)

I’ll give you of some information about the windego, yes it does imitate not an object or fantasy but instead voices of someone’s last words when they eat them(screaming or yelling for help) there are other forms of windego but the one that is mostly known for Native Americans is a frozen dead corpse with no lips but sharp teeth, there are extremely fast at night
that rifle is a winchester 1873 it shoot a 44-40 bullet ( 44wcf ) reproductions of it witch would be what this in the game is shoots 44-40 or the more common 45 colt bullet.

It’s weird that the campfires are still lit but the bodies are skeletons? Also the windigo hides in an unknown location during the day and can also imitate. Then a theme park just appears... starting to think you was riding the windigo, just starting to watch it tho so still got another 5 to watch

Dunno about the gun being a .22, the tube mag length and capacity seem more like a 45-70. That’s a pretty standard big game round so that’d be my best guess. Round casings look about right too

The deer trophy is hilarious, and is one of the things that makes me forgive the non-realism of a realistic game (there are mythical creatures, but what proof says they aren't real).

@Marc Thornton Actually, lots of small lever action rifles are chambered in .357 and .44. Taco was commenting on how small it was; you wouldn't normally see "typical" lever gun rounds like .30-30 or .45-70 in one that small. In all honestly, the devs probably didn't think about it much at all
@Marc Thornton I have never heard of a .22-250 in a lever gun. However, you can do a quick google search for "lever action .357", and see exactly what I'm talking about.

at 9:52 -9:53 you can see a figure just appear out of nowhere just up and to the right of Taco, its hard to pause at the right time so slowing the video down to 0.25 is really the only way to see it...

It’s weird that the campfires are still lit but the bodies are skeletons? Also the windigo hides in an unknown location during the day and can also imitate. Then a theme park just appears... starting to think you was riding the windigo, just starting to watch it tho so still got another 5 to watch
