Second of three talks in the series, Finding Lasting Joy: Studies in Philippians by Jenny Fitch -- Life is hard. We experience divisiveness in our culture and in the Church. We may suffer for being a Christian. We may feel like having joy in this life is impossible. Yet Paul tells us in the Book of Philippians that there is a way to find joy, a lasting joy that transcends our circumstances. This lasting joy is found only in Christ. We can find this joy when suffering for Christ’s sake and we can find this joy when pursuing Christ-centered unity with other believers. Join us as we meditate on this gospel of joy, a lasting joy that leads to “the God of peace” (Philippians 4:9).
