Khuda gawah was a masterpiece of Indian cinema...great story..superb acting .. breathtaking picturization...and best music...
Though movie was average so sad...starring cast like: Amitabh Bachchan , Sridevi, Nagarjuna, Danny Denzongpa
Khuda gawah was made in 4 years and was a mark of indo-afghan friendship. Late Rajiv gandhi and dr. Najibullah had put a lot of effort to ensure security and ease of diplomatic protocol.

Last of the current backlog was Khudah Gawah? No it was Insaniyat which released late in 1994 - 2 years after Khuda Gawah. He then came back with Ghatak cameo and Mrityudaata with a jet black wig/hair transplant. Its a shame nobody used him to offer better films or did he not choose them? Anyways he said hes 50 then, .. now hes approaching 80! Amazing he survived that long.
Back in the old days also Amitji looked and dressed elegantly. Spoke elegantly. Compare to Salman Khan. There is saying money can't buy class.
