Ian already looking young lol, as a fan I'm gonna miss seeing him on stage but now he should have more time for content and so on, also I love his input on bodybuilding and maybe a podcast down the line would be amazing once you build a bigger fan base as Ian the content creator..💪
@Salahhaboussi I think you were trying to reply to the wrong person, and while I somewhat agree with you, it's also clear that how his chest looks depends a lot on how well he is able to maintain fullness while getting in contest shape. His retirement definitely seems to have been the right call. He did everything he could do in the sport, and he probably wasn't going to place any higher at the Olympia no matter what he did. I'm glad that he's happy and healthy.
@@i27v1 That would be awesome, because a lot of us fans love your analytical take on things.....especially on PEDs/health markers since its foreign to most of us.

So happy for you, @iain and Melissa! Good luck with the fertility. It took my wife and I 5 years for our first and another 5 for our soon to be second (baby boy Dec 2023). I did exactly what you mentioned on bro chat. Hcg, hmg and every health supplement suggested. All through IVF, and we couldn’t be happier. Nothing but positive thoughts and wishes your way!

Its nice to see a bodybuilder talk about Natural Bodybuilding with respect, I follow a mixture of tested and untested dudes on here and find value out of both. It really just comes down to where you want to go or be at in the journey and whether or not you are comfortable doing more. 💯

I was disappointed at first but now I’m truly hyped for this retirement! Can’t wait to see what you’re gonna be up too, the GIVR pod was fire too. What is your approach to PEDS right now? Are you coming all the way off and PCT or will you stay on a cruise to control the weight loss a little better? Would be super interesting to see how much you keep and how you look after a year with no PEDS at all. Keep killing it, if anything I will follow you closer now.
100%. It would be a shame if Iain didn’t end up judging at the highest level. I think we have all seen he is second to none in his ability to assess a physique quickly and accurately. Also he truly is a man of integrity and I don’t think for a second he would ever let personal bias interfere. I know Jose Raymond is doing some judging and I wish Branch Warren would too. I think all three of them are absolutely phenomenal at assessing physiques. So glad to hear Iain is going to pursue it.

Hey Iain thanks for answering my question about natural bodybuilding. To elaborate, I sometimes feel like I am dedicating so much time, effort and precision all to look underwhelming.
Your expectations for what's achievable natural are probably way off... If you think you can even get close to a 16th place Olympia Men's Physique body while being natural, you're immediately over expecting results.
I don’t think it being fasted makes it any more effective, there’s really zero science to say it is. But i have always preferred it and did fasted cardio my entire career. I found it easiest to get intensity up for cardio in the morning Vs later in the day or post workout when you’re already tired. And then there’s also the fact that many fat burning aids are much more effective in a fasted state (like Yohimbine)
You should do a bodybuilding knowledge, gear, diet, and training concepts better. Kind of like Seth feroce. Kind of like a prep coach without giving away too much. Could give you a good opportunity to gain more clients actually.
Iain would have placed top 3 Olympia this year he just wanted to ease up on the competition. Also he’s fast asf so naturally he’s going back to what keeps him alive. Running 🏃♂️
