Awesome video. I totally agree, the pre-loved items are not only cheaper but 200% better quality than what's in the stores. I have friends that have bought newer bags and they have fell apart in less than a year. My oldest speedy is 28 years old. It doesn't get any better than that.

I totally agree what youve said about buyers talking rubbish leaving negative feedbacks to the the seller.claiming item is fake and so on and on.
Can you also add 'Louis Vuitton Addicted' and 'Chanel Addicts' Facebook groups? (I'm not sure if I can post links here. Just search those names on Facebook) They're both invite only, but super knowledgeable & helpful members authenticate for you :) They've got like 1000 authentic items bought & sold every day!

I would recommend atlantistokyo and ginzo if you want to buy Ebay authentic pre loved items that are from Japan. Atlantistokyo has an IG so you can check their store.

Are bags in LXR and Co. in Century 21, authentic? I don't want to buy online, I want to see what I'm buying and it's the only store I know that sell pre-owned bags. Thank you.
The stitch count comment (3:55) is quite inaccurate, since I’ve seen plenty of authentic Chanel classic flaps with only 9 stitches per quilt.
Do you get authentication card with the bag you buy?

Hi June, you did mentioned about paying with PayPal. Actually the ebay has also a money back guarantee already. Why did you still paying with PayPal.? Is that something you don't trust ?
Khun Lek honestly if you pay with paypal it is guarantee that you get the money back if anything goes wrong, it's basically like having an extra Receipt. Because you have to be so careful when paying for things online

Both groups on FB have very strict selling, buying & trading rules. Sellers posting/selling a fake will be immediately shut down, the seller will be banded.

How do u decide that the price for the pre owned item is good?
Great post! I found a bag with Atlantis-Tokyo that I love. The seller mentioned the buyer needs to be aware of potential import duties and taxes. Have you come across this issue and how much have you paid? Thank you!!
yeh it depends on the country I think. I always account for duties and taxes in case! its usually 15% of how much you paid (at least in my country). But in australia you dont have to pay if its less than $1000 AUD
ve solana make the seller mark it as gift . Mark as vintage items values at $1000 , I brought few times aboard From France to England , never get duty one time ... and also usually seller always go with ems is faster and less chance to get duty

Just wondering have you used or heard of Japan's Best on Bonanza.com? They seem to have a good collection of vintage LV, thinking to get another vintage bag from them, but I'm not very familiar of the seller nor the Bonanza site.

More than half of pre-loved items are fake
that's why she mentioned that you have to educated yourself to able to indicate the real one.
i honestly rather buy fake items than buying pre-loved ones
why? just curious
the best sensation is when you open up something brand new and you're the only one who used it. Plus I have OCD so I guess you can understand why I wouldn't want something touched by another person.

I too enjoy the feeling of getting something fresh from the boutique, brand new, perfect condition, and it being only mine :). If nothing else, I love being one of only a few people in a boutique where an associate is talking to me about the items, bringing me the perfect ones, and helping me decide what to take home. I love that so much! When I buy designer goods, I want to get them in the physical store and bring them home right away after falling in love.
I also kind of love the sharing experience of knowing that something has been loved by someone else too, and I guess it kind of feels like my love of that item is validated by their love lol, so I buy second-hand from places like therealreal.
It really works both ways for me. Thanks for responding!
