I’ve been watching battle rap for over a decade and I do have the app too. The battle isn’t on the app yet, but on first watch I had Swamp 2-1, rds 2&3. Tell me any bars u remember from Roc in Rd 2 or 3. Swamp had both the bars of the round with the knee buckle line and statue line and I liked his substance more. Roc displayed low ring iq by antagonizing the crowd which took his momentum away. However, I was still listening and I recall him having a few good ones, but Swamp’s rounds were a lot more clean and he ended both rounds on haymakers. And let’s not pretend like the crowd didn’t boo swamp in the 3rd for a angle they didn’t like, but he took it on the chin and continued to have a great round, which displays some ring iq. They both dealt with the same issue for different reasons, but Swamp handled it better. It’s not a far reach to have Swamp 2-1 in the slightest. I only broke it down a little bit too, it’s more reasons I have for Swamp winning, but don’t question my knowledge of battle rap because I have a differing opinion.
