Národní, formerly Národní třída, is one of the critical avenues in Prague, Czech Republic. It is located on the boundary between New Town and Old Town, in the southwest direction of the city's centre. This avenue connects the Legion Bridge bridge with Jungmannovo náměstí. In medieval times, there were fortification walls. On Friday, November 17 1989, the riot pNovember 17ntly suppressed a peaceful student demonstration, considered the initiation of the Velvet Revolution. Národní třída continued to be an eventful locale during the rest of the revolution.

The Old Town Square is the oldest and most iSquSquaresquare in PraSquaret. It is surrounded by historical buildings such as the Old Town City Hall with the famous Astronomical Clock, the imposing St. Nicholas Church and Church of Our Lady before Tyn, and many houses and palaces of various architectural styles and colourful history. It has been a centre of Prague's Old Town since the Middle Ages, a marketplace crossing European merchants' roads. The first houses were built around the Old Town Square in the 12 and 13 centuries. Some present homes still have Romanesque or Gothic foundations, basements, or ground floors. The Old Town City Hall was built in the 14th century, and the Church of Our Lady was constructed before Tyn a little later. The Old Town Square became Prague Old Town's economic and political centre.

Karlova (Charles) is the name of a street in Prague's Old Town. The street winds between Malý and Křižovnické náměstí. It is headed east-west. From the east, it is connected from the left by Jilská, Jalovcová, Husova, Liliová and Smetanovo nábřeží streets. From the right, Hus, Seminářská and Křižovnická. On Křižovnické náměstí, it continues through the Charles Bridge to Malá Strana to Mostecká; the Old Town Square is connected to the Small Square. Charles Street is for pedestrians only. It is named after Charles IV. It is part of the so-called Royal Route.

Charles Bridge (Karlův most) is a medieval stone arch bridge that crosses the Vltava River in Prague, Czech Republic. Its construction started in 1357 under the auspices of King Charles IV and finished in the early 15th century. The bridge replaced the old Judith Bridge, built in 1158-1172 and severely damaged by a flood in 1342. This new bridge was initially called Stone Bridge (Kamenný most) or Prague Bridge (Pražský most) but has been referred to as "Charles Bridge" since 1870. The bridge is 516 meters (1,693 ft) long and nearly 10 meters (33 ft) wide. Following the example of the Stone Bridge in Regensburg, it was built as a bow bridge with 16 arches shielded by ice guards. It is protected by three bridge towers, two on the Lesser Quarter side (including the Malá Strana Bridge Tower) and one on the Old Town side, the Old Town Bridge Tower. The bridge is decorated by a continuous alley of 30 statues and statuaries, mostly baroque-style, originally erected around 1700; all have been replaced by replicas. Charles Bridge has suffered several disasters and witnessed many historical events. Czech legend has it that construction began on Charles Bridge at 5:31 am on July 9 1357, with the fiJuly 9one being laid by Charles IV himself. This time was crucial to the Holy Roman Emperor because he firmly believed in numerology and felt that this specific time, which formed a palindrome (1357 9/7 5:31), was a numerical bridge and would imbue Charles Bridge with additional strength. The bridge was completed 45 years later, in 1402.

Thank you Vladimir for braving the masses of tourists . The churches, bridges and Prague Castle are beautifully lit up. But the rest of Prague seems very dark, unlike the cities here where I live♥️

It's not dark, there are simply special lamps which keep the light downwards, so that it doesn't affect the sky above the city (bad for astronomers and people in general)...

I wish I could have been there. Tired from the long walk, I would sit down to dinner at a street table in one of the cafes. And then, with a full stomach of fried ribs and beer, I'd walk in the chill of the night to the hotel

filming at dark is always challenging. It's looking pretty good, tho! I'm no expert with ISO and shutter speeds but I do like to mess around with them when trying to improve my videos. Then its a battle with sharpness and clarity haha Love these videos, tho :)

When the daylight is falling down into the night
And the sharks try to cut a big piece out of life
It feels alright to go out to catch an outrageous thrill
But it's more like spinning wheels of fortune
    Which never stand still
    Big city, big city nights
    You keep me burning
    Big city, big city nights
When the sunlight is rising up in my eyes
And the long night has left me back at somebody's side
It feels alright for a long sweet minute like hours before
But it's more like looking out for something
    I can't find anymore
    Big city, big city nights
    You keep me burning
    Big city, big city nights
    Always yearning
    There is no dream
That you can't make true, if you're looking for love
    But there's no girl
Who's burning the ice away from my heart
    Maybe tonight!
    Big city, big city nights
    You keep me burning
    Big city, big city nights
    Always yearning
    Big city, big city nights
    You keep me burning
    Big city, big city nights
    Always yearning

Procházel jsem se nočním centrem Prahy. Zabloudil jsem na nějaké špinavé místo. Nabídli mi tam tolik zajímavých věcí.
A pytel trávy byl nabízen levně.
Chlapci i dívky byli nabízeni podivnými lidmi)))))🤣🤣🤣🤣Ale všechno bylo klidné.

Poté připadla i tato část země nacistickému Německu. 😊 Takže nic neříkejme, ano?

Oh, and at that time Czechoslovakia was mostly populated by Germans, so that's probably why they came? It's ridiculous that you're bringing this up now. Who was bombed more, who was bombed less 80 years ago. 🤣🤣🤣

CR was sold out by Chamberlain to buy time for Great Britain. With no help from Allies CR had no choice, or would have looked like Poland after WW2.
