For sure. It's one of the most fun tracks the game has. Of course, all PlayStation games have cheats you can do, and they're readily available to find online, too. And, I can't remember how, but in the emulator I use, it also is able to take in cheat codes too.

I never got to play this circuit….i didnt unlock it. I would have laughed non stop playing here. Madness
