Very short on this indeed. It changes up at the same speeds a Voith would on something like a Trident, with 4th coming in at around 30mph without kickdown, but as the Citaro has loads of power the gears don't last very long.
Voiths worked better on engines that were unrestricted like Citaro's,Man 14.240's, Euro 4 Tridents etc. They got terrible in the early 2010's when new buses were restricted.
It wanted to be an Allison automatic at 2:46.
nah mate it was confused
@@gamingthroner This is how shit Voith gearboxes are now.
We need more buses like that
Agreed, too many dull Streetlites and stuff these days.
ive never heard a voith gearbox lock its torque converter when not changing gear!!! thats fantastic
Not on something that old. Modern E200/E400MMC's are know for doing that though.
@@joshstephen1995you do get a couple Streetdeck/Streetlites that tend to do it from time to time too
2:42 it wanted to be zf
Hit its limiter at 2.46.
Hey. When you get 100 subs, you should do a 100 subscribers' special, don't you think
Yeah, I've already filmed it. It's, erm..... something "special"
