I believe that there is a main control area in the casino were they can see how much the casino is winning or losing , an area where they can change the win loss ratio of the machines, what I've noticed over the years is sometimes different sections of the casino start hitting while other sections the machines give no winnings or play. I would think that they could control the machines through an IP address
