Well that's made my mind up then, when I come back to Australia I'll go the Trepadors over the Pitbulls 🤷♂️. I was thinking of giving the Pitbulls a go, but......
@@defender90orkney9 its not always about clearing the tyres. Plus driving style is a huge part of it old mate in the shorty rolled into it a bit more rather than just planting it hed get a lot further
Diesel BABY, Petrol needs 3-4k RPM to not stall out here, but that's too much of a speed and the wheels just spin without being able to grab. Diesel has the same NM at 2k RPM, but tires spin less and can grab to stuff more easily. Petrol will never be good for an off road vehicle and at this point i don't even know why people buy them. Diesel POWER!
Nice and Steady going up !
driver & the machine too🎃

Gearing? Transfercase and Diffs ratio? Defender look's lighter co i predict got lower gearing in Transfercase and diffs :)
How new were each Tyres? Sharp edge corners makes a big difference.
@@defender90orkney9 Are the Poo-dles radial or the bias ply version ?
defender's looking good
How about trep vs Mickey Thompson Baja boss ?
Have a look at Daniel's channel for a different comparison. Pitbulls often doing better than treps:

Straight up they both just as sweet as each other. Orkney just had the better line to start with
Maybe the fact your sponsored by Maxxis?? Does that play a part ?
Final Video. Hahahahaha!!! The Best is Land Rover with maxxis trepadors
😂😂😂
So many variables haha. I love my pitties.
But biggest factor. Whats the point in doing a review on a tyre that you cannot get anymore hahaha

Its all about gearing ;)
You are forgetting about the IH 345!
enough wheel speed can get you out of basically anything, and petrol's have big power potential.
