- Hey guys! Today I am sharing a Massive Meal Prep video with y'all. Join me in the kitchen as I get some food prep done for my large family. I didn't get everything done on my list to share but I definitely made a dent in what I wanted to accomplish.

If your kids love grapes, here's a recipe.
Sour patch grapes
(This could be done with any fruit
Wash your seedless grapes and remove from vine.
Dry but leave slightly damp.
Pour 1 small box of Jello gelatin (any flavor) (we like blue raspberry the best 💙) into a gallon ziploc bag or a bowl. Pour in grapes.
Shake.
Keep in fridge.
*You can use sugar free Jello
* Any flavor works
* Try other fruits. Such as strawberries or cantelope.

Where can you buy the double jar containers you use to put your berries in?
Try watermelon, apples, and oranges. Sooo good. Maybe add a little mint for a more refreshing flavor. Or watermelon juiced alone is good. I’m a sweet drink type of girl also so I make sure to add in apple or pineapple to make my juice sweeter.

How much would be a serving for your dog? I have a large dog!
You can add less water when you cook the chicken because of the juice coming out of chicken will add more liquid. I use little more than half cup.

I love these videos so much. I love the length of the video and I watch the whole thing and enjoy it so much. I get great ideas!
If you like cooking hacks you can mix that size muffins pkgs right in your measuring cup and it makes it easier to put in muffin tins. All you have to do is pour instead of using a spoon.
I’ve also seen where people are making pancakes out of these little mixes! 😍😍😍
I have been so behind on my favorite youtubers! I have definitely missed seeing your meal preps and motivation! Great video as always. Also I seen that you are donating the earnings for this video and I want to say that is truly amazing. I usually try to play a few ads in videos but once I saw that (half way through) I let the rest play completely through.I love the compassion and awareness shown.

I love shredding my own cheese. It is much faster and so much better then the pre shredded cheese in the store. It taste better and melts much better. Love your videos Vanessa.

I always buy block cheese and grate it in the food processor, put it in ziplock bags and keep it in the freezer. This way there are no additives on the cheese like there always is in the pre grated bags.
I like the juicer. Also the breakfast casserole really looks awesome!

Thanks for showing us how you make and prepare the dog food. I am thinking about making dog food for my babies..
I do hate having to clean it up afterward but I love how fast I can get my cheese shredded with the food processor.
My daughter is participating in "Bakers Against Racism" where she takes orders for certain baked items she makes (she is a fabulous baker) and all of the proceeds go to Black Lives Matters. Thank you for your support and encouragement on this critical issue. Hopefully this will be THE real turning point in the racism of our country. Thought we made progress in the 60's as we are not born racist but learn it.
Try Fuji or Gala apples for the sweetness and half the lime. A whole lime is TART! I wondered if you’d make a sour face when you listed those ingredients! Thanks for sharing all your meal items!

@HelloWifey, I make homemade dog food as well & it is super easy. Definitely give it a try after speaking with your vet, of course 😀.
When I make my dog's food I good everything in the instant pot and then add the rice to it (i cook with enough liquid for this step) and turn it on sauté and let it cook.
Where did you get your spoon from that you stirred the dog food with?
do you heat the dog food before serving?
No, just mix it in straight from the fridge.

Vanessa, do you have an ice cream maker? I know you have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I am going to buy the KitchenAid Ice Cream attachment from QVC. It’s on sale this month for $59.98. I am going to order it next week when I get paid. I can’t wait to make homemade ice cream, frozen yogurt, and fruit sherbet. Be sure and tell Kera about this too. A great activity for the kiddos. It makes 2 quarts, just put the container in the freezer after washing and it’s always ready Love you guys. It fits all KA mixers 4.5 and up.

my mom and i used to make muffins from scratch she would make bran ones i made blueberry and apple ones and plain ones and lots of banna bread and zucchnni kind toobut i think the bannas taste differnt now and pumpkin bread is really good in a oven from the 60s that did not burn stuff i think the new ones are really hot now cookies are way too hard when baked its just the same anymore
If you like pineapple it will help sweeten your juice a bit more. I know also there are recipes that you could try that uses all that pulp. the reason I quit juicing was because I felt I was using a lot of fruit and veggies for one glass of juice, however, it’s very healthy for you. Great video.
It definitely takes a lot of produce to make a juice but for me it’s worth it because unfortunately I just don’t eat a lot of produce during the day 😞 Thanks for the pineapple tip! I have a lot of small cans of pineapple juice that I can use to add a splash here and there to help sweeten it up.
Highly recommend a bit of ginger in the juice and carrots make it sweeter.

I always use my instant pot for chicken. I never have had an issue with my chicken burning.

No no don't think you can suck it down! That juice is a VERY concentrated liquid, dense with nutrients. Imagine eating a couple of apples and a bunch of spinach within seconds. Your tummy would not be very happy with you then, I think.
Awesome dog food, is the pumpkin, pure pumpkin not the baking pumpkin .
GREAT HACK FOR CHERRIE TOMATOES.. TAKE 2 LIKE BUTTER LIDS AN PUT THE CHERRY TOMATOES ON THE LID THEN TOP WITH THE OTHER LID. THEN TAKE A LONGER KNIFE AN SLICE BETWEEN THE 2 LIDS AN YOU CAN CUT MORE CHERRY TOMATOES AT ONCE.. JUST SAYIN. 🤗♥️♥️
How come you make your dogs food instead of buying it ?
They buy dog food from Costco. Since the dogs are older, mix in what she makes for them with th e regular dog food.
Vanessa, I commend you on taking a stand and giving back for this very worthy cause. I also find it admirable that you have been so vocal about everything on your platforms. I have been watching all of the channels and forms of social media and the response from everyone I watch on a regular basis. I am paying attention and I'm sure other's are too. You, Nicole, Kiera, Jen Chapin and others have set an AMAZING example. I truly hope others I watch will follow suit or I'm afraid I will need to make some decisions.
