In old Japan around 1880's - 1950's ,they wore the EXACT same Uniform and Hat as Amane/Hanako is wearing. Gold bottoned uniform, paired with a hat ,and Tsukasa's outfit is actually just another uniform incase you're making up weird theories about their outfits. You can search and see for yourselves. And that's exactly how old both Amane and Tsukasa are judging from their outfits. Just 60-70 years old depending on what year Yashiro and Kou is from, on which I know is around 2014 or 2016. They look like they're from military but really they were just HighSchool students. Lmao
They were middle schoolers (13). And they died in 1969, dunno if the outfit was still in use in that year... maybe not but the authors just decided to use them anyway because they look cool as hell :D

This anime's animations are top tier and story is great as well, I would definitely recommend it to watch. AMV was well edited unlike those *trim&paste AMV channels*
I wouldn't say its animation is top tier but overall its good. This is the anime the first that drove me to read its original manga. It has good visuals and style but the animation is a bit -eh-.
tbh when I knew theres gonna be a tbhk anime I was hype af cuz it was one of my fav manga....then the anime skipped 2 important arcs(still have hope for young exorcist arc) and rearranged the anime in a confusing order, like why would lerche decided to put the hell of mirror arc after mitsuba arc? It just felt so sudden and rushed...

I will never get over how fucking amazing this is, no matter how many times I watch it. You sync up the sounds with the beat so well, and used the darker parts of what is perceived as a cutesy anime. I can’t explain the feeling I get when watching this, it’s almost like a mix of adoration, excitement, and maybe contentment. It’s so weird but so cool, I love what you’re doing!

i feel like a lot of people who watch tbhk dont understand it dosent focus on the action. It has easy boss fights and such, but its supposed to be an dark, artsy, storytelling anime. this perfectly represents it dosent have to have the best action scenes to be awesome and beautiful. :3

I always tell people that Toilet Bound fills me with serotonin, and they ask "Why? It's so dark?" Now, as a manga reader, I know that it's dark. It's REALL dark. But, the relationships between the characters and the fact that it isn't like Naruto or My Hero Academia where people get killed left and right (No offense towards any of those animes! I really like them, I was just using them as an example!), mixed with the art style, is what fills me with serotonin. Toilet Bound has come to be my favorite anime. It makes me really happy every time I see it, read it, etc. The plot is perfect for me. I love action and supernatural-y things, but I also like it when there's Mystery involved. Toilet Bound is legit all of those things. Theres still so much that we don't know. Like, the history behind Amane and Tsukasa! (If you know their history, awesome!) Which leads to people creating theories. I love theories, and I've made a few about the show myself. I just love Toilet Bound and I really don't want it to end any time soon! Wow, this turned into a show review LMAO
