At the start try to lvl up your district a bit so that you can craft more items try to get a lvl2 class at the same time. After that you should get a lvl3 class and not worry about your district until you get it.

You can find resin in tombs or any chest in a zone

For pve you should get berserk 2 if you have fire dagger Rogue 2
For pvp sharpshooter Hunter or assasin
