Yes. This is known as Junnu in Telugu states. We usually made with cheek milk which will be in yellow color. We cook it in doubling method in a pressure cooker adding jaggery, black pepper & elaichi powder. If the cheek milk is very thick, we also add 1 to 2 ltrs. normal milk to that of 1 ltr cheek milk. Furthermore, to preserve this cheek milk for using layer days, take a pure cotton white cloth, soak it in the cheek milk for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse the cloth and keep it in a fresh cloth cover sfter drying it. Whenever we want to eat, take 1/2 to 1 ltr normal milk and soak this cloth for 10 minutes, remove the cloth and cook the Junnu adding the bove ingredients. My mother adopted this process for my eldest brother who was working in Airforce away from home😊
Most of these vendors don't use actual "cheek" milk, they use gelatine and mix it with normal milk. The end result is the same just like how the actual dish looks and tastes. Be careful before you buy. I would recommend you check with your local dairy and see if they can get some of that "cheek" milk. It is simple to prepare at home with just "cheek" milk and jaggery.

When I visited my son's residence in greater Mumbai my son made us to taste this famous sweet. Really it's awesome! Regarding collection of the milk it may be said that the baby calf can not digest if allowed to enjoy entire milk of the cow. It is practical experience that the calf suffers from indigestion and motion if it allowed to consume the entire milk of it's mother. Therefore a certain portions may easily be collected for sweet making. It is nothing wrong.
It is wrong in every sense. Cows raped, calves separated, male calves are sent to slaughter house, calves are fed artificial milk, used again for reproduction form a very young age and finally abandoned or sent to slaughter house for leather and meat. What part of it isn't wrong tell me.
After filling the stomach of the child, you can eat it, there is no issue. And yes the child can't even drink that much, after 3 days the cow or buffalo starts giving normal milk.
