संविधान के अनुसार सुप्रीम कोर्ट का निर्णय बिल्कुल सही है लेकिन मुस्लिम मजहब को अपनाने के कारण इन महिलाओं ने स्वयं ही अपने अधिकार को छोड़ दिया है। इन महिलाओं को मेंटेनेंस की कोई मांग नहीं करनी चाहिए
सुविधानुसार कानून की व्याख्या संविधान सम्मत नहीं होना चाहिए,जब चाहे भारतीय क्रिमिनल पैनल कोड माने ,चाहे जब शरिया। शरिया कानून के अनुसार महिला से छेड़छाड़ करने पर पत्थर मारने का नियम है फिर लव जेहाद करने वालों को यही सज़ा मिलना चाहिए, यहां भारतीय क्रिमिनल लॉ क्यों? इसीलिए सीसीए आवश्यकता है।

संविधान के अनुसार सुप्रीम कोर्ट का निर्णय बिल्कुल सही है लेकिन मुस्लिम मजहब को अपनाने के कारण इन महिलाओं ने स्वयं ही अपने अधिकार को छोड़ दिया है। इन महिलाओं को मेंटेनेंस की कोई मांग नहीं करनी चाहिए

सुविधानुसार कानून की व्याख्या संविधान सम्मत नहीं होना चाहिए,जब चाहे भारतीय क्रिमिनल पैनल कोड माने ,चाहे जब शरिया। शरिया कानून के अनुसार महिला से छेड़छाड़ करने पर पत्थर मारने का नियम है फिर लव जेहाद करने वालों को यही सज़ा मिलना चाहिए, यहां भारतीय क्रिमिनल लॉ क्यों? इसीलिए सीसीए आवश्यकता है।
