Isn't voice line spam reportable? Does he really play like that all the time?
Pretty much all GMs / T500s spam voice lines from what I've seen and so does Jay. It's just that in normal games (not custom like this) the system automatically stops voice lines from playing for anyone but yourself after like 5 spams. If you spam, it says in the chat log that voice lines can be distracting and it disables them from playing for a set amount of time

@@IsThatKris Try playing the game competitively without hearing sound queues(which is a common bug) just because some a-hole of the enemy team decided that voice line spam is something funny.
And, if you don't have anything worth to add to the conversation, just shut up.
