Hi Robin. The amount we used was just nice - that’s based on the brand of light soy sauce we used. If your light soy sauce is saltier, you can add them bit by bit so that you can moderate

I got scolded last week for using peppers in the sizzling hot pot because peppers are so expensive in Canada right now. Last week’s dish was worth the scolding and this weeks looks like it will be too.
