    This run made me realize Uptie 4 Rosespanner Gregor is actually pretty good, and Smoking Gunpowder is WAY better than I thought it was.

    What makes you gain 6 haste every turn?

      He took Rupture gifts at the start, one of which was Smoking Gunpowder.
      At the end of the turn, Sinners #1 and #2 in the order get 1 Haste for every skill that inflicts Rupture. Also they get 12.5% extra damage if their speed is 6+.
      When fully upgraded, it lets Sinner #3 get the effects as well, it inflicts 1~2 Haste instead of always 1, and Sinners 1~3 get +20% damage at 4+ speed.

      Ah, I am mistaken. He appears to have gotten rid of it early on.
      It's a combination of Barbed Snare giving every enemy Rupture, and Flourescent Lamp++ giving him Haste and Damage Up equal to all enemies/Abnormality parts with Rupture at turn end + 3 more times (it normally applies this to random allies, but it's only one guy so nowhere else to stack!)

      It's a combination of Barbed Snare and Fluorescent Lamp, which are the two rupture EGO gifts I picked at the beginning of the run.
      Fully upgraded Fluorescent Lamp gives 3 damage up / haste, and then gives one more for each enemy with rupture at turn end, while Barbed Snare inflicts every enemy with rupture at turn end.
