Pride in the CLE march in downtown Cleveland: Moments from the 2024 event as Pride Month begins

June 1 marks the official start of Pride Month, and downtown Cleveland helped kick things off as the annual Pride in the CLE march was held Saturday morning.
This video features several minutes from the parade.
Participants were encouraged to wear rainbow colors, wave flags and show their Pride as they marched alongside friends, family and allies.

All the stroller pushers & wagon pullers should have been organized into a single large group & required to decorate the strollers. This parade is very dull & corporate. Jazz it up a little with a loud DJay Float and several bands and drum lines marching. Maybe a retired gay vets group or a small biker group leading them out, you definitely need a Grand Marshall or a Parade Queen and should be in a pink convertible or fancy coach or even carried like Cleopatra. You need some ribbon twirled and maybe a group of Rick Shaws and more floats and a couple of Giant Balloons. If this thing gets anymore dull and corporate it won't be fun.
