I really like this game! Due to the learning curve pointed out in the video, it can be SUPER punishing to newer players, and not just because they are going to lose, but because after they pass, they are going to have to wait for the more experienced players to continue taking turn after turn after turn. But once everyone can manage resources efficiently to keep up on ship production, it's a blast. I love the variety of combos you can pull off. The depth of strategy here is much greater than it first appears.
Amalfi is an interesting game. I've only played it on BGA. The first time I played it, it took me half a game to understand what I was doing, but the second time, it clicked much better, and the tightness of the game was both a really fun puzzle and frustrating at the same time
Glad you enjoyed this game. You can blame me for acquiring this game for R&R Games from my friends at Sylex.

Really love the modern classic look of this one. There's more vibrant colors than older classics, but it looks timeless and sleek!
Love the look of this game!
I agree! 🤩
I just picked this up in a math trade and am looking forward to getting it to the table!

Nice video. Thanks! Any tip to get the other ships as soon as possible?
Being awake at 4am in Australia does have its benefits. First commenter 😆
As soon as you mentioned there’s a “feed your people” aspect I was like nope.
Yeah, that isn't for everyone, hehe :)
I really need to get this one played... Too many games!
