I've only discovered BTS last year. Never been into Kpop, until BTS. I'm a Dynamite Army, but it was Spring Day that got me into the rabbit hole. I stayed as I learn more about them. It was the boys' journey. The message they convey. It was RM's leadership. And then Jimin's spectacular performance. Tae's stage presence. Hobi's natural swag. Suga's personality & artistry. Jin's most noticeable growth as a performer. The vocals. The rap. The choreography. The way they always outdo themselves each time. The boys being natural and wholesome. And JK's voice -- that right balance that you said, and then seeing him improve & become more and more confident from a young 15 years old to now. I love them all together, and I enjoy watching each one of them do a solo performance too. But it's JK's voice that's my favorite of all. Watching your reaction explains why I do.

And this is why I typically don’t watch Adam’s BTS reactions. It’s always contrasting JK’s and Jimin’s voice to V’s and Jin’s, which is typically not done in a neutral way, but is rather very dismissive, especially of V’s voice. This channel rarely has anything positive to say about these two voices. It’s ok to prefer one voice over other, but to put them against each other and provide a glowing commentary on one voice and immediately follow up with a caricature of another is pretty shady. I’m sure it’s not meant that way but this is exactly how it’s coming across.
I understand that you want him to praise the other two, but he's a vocal coach. And he is very honest. Whatever he said was not his opinion, he said that from a technical perspective. He don't give fake compliments or reactions..

He doesn’t say it’s lacking and what can be improved. He just says they sing more from their chest and does a very bad impression of their voices. If their voices sound to him the way he impersonates them I feel bad cuz it sounds terrible. After seeing other vocal coaches give actual analysis of everyone’s voices, positive or neutral, I find it hard to believe this channel to be unbiased and objective.
BTS were hyped because My Universe and Butter performances at the AMAs were their first performances in front of a live audience in almost 2 years. The AMAs were just before their LA concerts. They've had no live audience to perform in front of starting with their promotions for the Map of the Soul: 7 album released early 2020 onwards.
