We also cover a standalone boost + compression (AGC) block that can be enabled/disabled independent of the chosen audio conditioning.

Is there any recommendation, based on the type of music to be played? How do we know what's more adequate for a more rythmic or more fluid light show?

The biggest way to influence the dynamics of the light show is to use the MAX, NORMAL, and MOOD buttons. The audio conditioning blocks provide different approaches at conditioning the audio signal. As long as you’re able to generate triggers correlating to the rhythm of the music then the box will handle the rest. A lot is handled behind the scenes but the triggers create an immediate reaction, so you want to ensure those are occurring to the beat of the music. Whichever audio condition block gets you there is the right answer 👍
