nyc there is afforable housing being created and the governor is giving hotels some time to turn some units into affordable housing rooms. Not sure how its going but yeah that's what I heard.. If you don't know what affordable housing is, you just need to make a certain income to qualify for cheap rent while you get a fancy place. You need to apply and there is competition for these units but I see more and more being created..

Mexico City will be larger than Mumbai, because Mumbai has small area and there are no plans of expansion. Also, growth rate is low.
Mexico is more developed and urbanised than India and hence migration to cities will be less when compared to India.
The satellite cities around Delhi have better infrastructure, are less polluted and more modern than Delhi. Delhi metro currently has a length of 348 km, which will be expanded to 450 km by 2030.
There was a proposal to create
Delhi NCR (National Capital Region) since 1985. It encompasses Delhi and several districts surrounding it. Total Districts -24( 11 are of Delhi) Total Area - 54900 sqkm. Current population 45 million. Although still not executed, it would be inevitable in the future. If fully executed, the population of this megacity in 2050 will be between 50 and 70 million.

@@aravindkartha5145 Interesting!!! Mexico City is the most populous city in the western world and the city that grows the most (250 thousand new inhabitants every year) Some lists say São Paulo is bigger but Mexico City is now merged with many satellites cities that are not considered as metropolitan area. Mexico City is now becoming so popular among Europeans, Latin Americans, Americans, Russians and Canadians that are moving to Mexico City. Tons of growth, new buildings, new highways and railways connecting all the satellite cities.I believe Mexico City will have 50 million or 70 mill
is overwhelming cause the 3 biggest cities in the US (NYC, LA and Chicago) are losing population and many Americans living in Mexico City are from those cities, NYC 🗽 mainly, so is expected to have 400 thousand new inhabitants every year plus the growth of the satellite cities. Due to the city’s population Houston’s city borders are expanding and are acquiring more and more big districts. Houston has a lot of affordable housing, amazing culturaly diverse’d districts, amazing restaurants and grocery stores, and has more diversity in nationalities then New York, and Houston as a city is bigger in size then most of the countries across the world.
